Shopping Tips:

•  In-stock items DO NOT have minimum-order quantity limits and have QUICKER in-hand availability. So, if you need an item fast, this may be the way to go!

• Custom Orders – Customized for store, district, departments, etc,:
• Minimum-order-quantities apply.
• May require at least 15 business days for order processing and delivery.
• Some items may have setup charges.
• Please indicate your customization instructions in the “Special Instructions box” when ordering. 
  
• Custom orders ship direct from manufacturer, and therefore incur shipping charges.

 Payment Info:

• All orders are paid using a personal credit card or Sheetz P-Card.
• Taxes charged for Pennsylvania orders only.

 Shipping Info:

• Shipping charges determined by delivery location.
• We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
• Save money on shipping! Residential shipping costs more, so consider shipping directly to your store to save on those costs. (Delivery to Altoona Corporate Office by Kerr Promotions does NOT incur a shipping charge.)
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email from FedEx once your item has shipped.  This email will be sent to the email provided with your order.
